Because of Fraudulent Orders we now require confirmation of address and credit card before sending out the order. You MUST email us or fax us a readable copy of the Front and Back of the credit card along with your drivers license stating the billing address on order OR a readable copy of your credit cart billing statement showing the credit card number and address of the holder matching that on the order. We will hold all orders going out of the US till this information is sent to us. Our fax number is 775-890-0863. When you fax or email us, please put your order confirmation number on it.

Using The Cart
We provide a safe and secure shopping cart. Adding to Our Shopping Cart is easy. Follow these instructions just simply Click on the "Add To Cart" to add your item to the shopping basket" then, when you are done shopping, just click on the "View Shopping Cart" box. You will be asked to fill out your personal information that will not be given to anyone else. Your information is for our eyes ONLY. Please make sure that you fill out all of the information correctly including the CREDIT CARD NUMBER, EXPIRATION DATE AND SECURITY CODE, and be sure to double check your e mail address so that we can send you a confirmation of your order. You then will receive your confirmation via e-mail. Your credit card is processed through our shopping cart system automatically on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays after you place your order.

We accept Visa or MasterCard, American Express as well as personal checks (takes 14 days to clear) and money orders. All personal checks must clear before shipment will be made.
PAYMENT:
All prices are in US dollars. Payment can be made by personal check, money order, American Express, Visa, MasterCard. Personal checks must be drawn on U.S. banks in US dollars and have your name and address pre-printed on them. Phone number must be provided but may be handwritten. We also accept money orders and international money orders in US dollars.

Personal checks must clear before merchandise will be shipped. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $25.00, or the maximum allowed by state law in the USA.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
We ship within 1 to 4 weeks on most orders unless items are on backordered status, most shipments are shipped within 10 to 12 days after ordering. We will notify you if there will be a long delay in shipment longer then 4 Weeks due to backorders or unforeseen circumstances.
SUBSTITUTING ITEMS:
Occasionally distributors will have items that are out of stock, in which case we will substitute a product with a product of similar design and quality. Since there are so many adult novelty manufacturers in the market today, a lot of items are duplicated from manufacturer to manufacturer.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of sale stated herein, you may cancel your order within 24-hours of placing the order , if the item has not been ordered from our distributors/manufacturers. If it has been ordered, then we will cancel the order but require the 50% restocking fee.
We strive to provide a liberal cancellation policy for the benefit of our customers. After the 24-hour grace period for free cancellation, any order may be cancelled prior to shipment for a 50% cancellation fee. The fee will be deducted from the payment that was made by the customer, with the balance returned to the customer.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:
Returns/Refunds will be accepted for credit but you must have prior written consent orders@wylde.com. All returns must be like new and never worn. Only store credit will be issued for all authorized returns for the purpose of future purchases. You must contact us within five days of receipt of your merchandise to receive a authorization number and 30 days to reorder with that store credit. All packages shipped to a destination in the United States and lost or the USPS misplace your package we will replace the items if available or give you store credit to purchase something of equal value.
Merchandise returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and received by the warehouse within ten (10) days of the date of authorization. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Shipping and handling fees, if any, are non refundable.
When you order, please be sure that you have all of the correct selections such as size, color and style. If an item is damaged through shipping, we will gladly replace it providing that you give us information from the carrier that the item(s) were damaged first. Providing that we get the correct information, simply send back the damaged item(s) and we will send you the same selection back.
We CANNOT ACCEPT returns of any articles, which come into contact with the mouth or genital areas of the body. Examples include, but are not limited to: masks, gags, briefs, shorts, bikini panties, stockings/pantyhose, vibrators, dildos, butt plugs, etc. All sales of these items are final. (Sorry, Federal Laws) Because of the confidential information contained in this Intimate Industry Resource Guide, it's NOT REFUNDABLE ONCE SHIPPED! Canceled Orders/Refused Orders/Unauthorized Returns!!
All refused/returned (returned orders without going through the proper authorization stated above) or canceled orders (not canceled within 24 hours) will result in a 50% restocking charge, plus shipping cost that we incurred. "Shipping charges are not refundable".
